PFCs (perfluorocarbons) are greenhouse gases generated during semiconductor and LCD manufacturing, cleaning, and etching. These gases move through dedicated coated piping and fittings before abatement. BAEKSAN ENG provides emissions-control piping using patented fold-back processing and machined flanges adapted for field installation.
