Construction management aligns field conditions so several activities can move as one sequence.

The role sets start and finish dates by zone, then confirms that drawings, specifications, materials, people, and work methods are ready. During installation, the manager tracks progress together with safety and quality conditions while coordinating interference with other trades and facilities.
