CASE 01

Resolved before inspection

The installed work did not match the drawing

Found
A field check found that part of the completed installation differed from the drawing.
Assessment
Sending the work to inspection could create avoidable rework and schedule delays, so the team first had to understand the reason for the difference.
Action
Quality and construction reviewed the condition, agreed on the corrective action, and inspected the corrected installation again.
Outcome
The mismatch was resolved before inspection, reducing the risk of rework and schedule delay.

CASE 02

Qualification verified before work

Worker qualifications needed confirmation

Found
Before work began, quality checked whether the assigned worker held the required qualification.
Assessment
Even acceptable work can be rejected when qualification records are incomplete or unclear.
Action
Quality confirmed the requirement with construction and the trade partner, and work proceeded only after the qualification was verified.
Outcome
The team protected the credibility of the completed work and avoided a preventable documentation issue.

CASE 03

Result verified after correction

Pressure dropped during a leak test

Found
During a leak test, the pressure did not hold.
Assessment
The team could not accept the test. The installation and test setup had to be reviewed to isolate the cause.
Action
The responsible teams corrected the issue and repeated the test before the result was recorded.
Outcome
The problem was resolved before inspection, and the final test result was backed by complete evidence.
